Estate Planning with Compassion, Integrity, and Honesty for the greater Chicago area

Our clients and their loved ones are our priority – From Wills and Trusts, to preparing tax documents and notifying beneficiaries helping the older adult, we are here to help you make sure your children and loved ones are provided for. We will also guide and assist you when the time comes to make one of the most important decisions you'll make in your lifetime: The purchase (or sale) of your residential real estate. Whether this is your first family home, or a subsequent sale or purchase of a new home or investment property, we pride ourselves on working tirelessly to ensure the process flows as smoothly and comfortably as it possibly can. Beyond these services, we also offer free seminars for church groups, senior centers and the greater Chicago community. We're here for you and your family. Contact us today to discuss your estate planning, estate administration, or real estate representation needs.

At the Offices of Banks and Wilson The Center for Estate Planning and Elder Law, we believe that the practice of law is a service industry, and that every client is unique and should be treated with respect. We have been servicing clients in Chicago, as well as the Northern and Northwest Suburbs for more than twenty five years. Our overriding aim is to serve each client as their advocate, whether we are negotiating the terms of a purchase or sale of a home, preparing a simple will for a single person, preparing complex estate planning documents for a couple, or assisting with the administration of a decedent's estate.

It is our practice to return all phone calls and respond to all email questions in a timely manner. In most cases, calls are returned and emails responded to on the day they are received.

Call us to schedule a no obligation meeting, in which you will have an opportunity to meet us in person and explain your needs. We will outline the possible methods to satisfy those needs, and when you leave that meeting you will have our best estimate of the cost involved. If we mutually decide to establish an attorney–client relationship, the first half–hour of the meeting will be at no charge. If we decide not to pursue a working relationship, there will be no charge for the entire meeting.
